We created Mungo Money as a reaction to the current UK personal finance websites. All of them, aside from Fool.co.uk, where stuffy, full of complicated jargon and not one of them allowed it’s users to add their opinion about the credit card or loan.

We decided to specialise in UK credit cards, personal loans and savings accounts as those were the three products that we have the most of. We always need to use the credit card for the monthly shop, a new jacket or a holiday abroad. We use personal loans to help us afford a new car or redecorate our house. And savings, any money we have we squirrel away, saving for the future.
